Promotional Campaign for Office Co. Brooklyn.

Terms & Conditions applicable to the campaign, which shall only be valid to new members:

​

• Completing a 3, 6 or 12 calendar month membership agreement with Office Co, Brooklyn, on or before close of business on 28 February 2022 at prevailing published membership rates and in compliance with Office Co’s standard membership conditions.

• Such new members shall enjoy their March 2022 basic membership fee, free of charge, however the deposit, other supplementary and incidental charges shall still apply.

• Qualifying members whose membership agreements commence mid-month during February 2022 shall pay the deposit, other supplementary and incidental charges and pro-rata related membership fee, in advance of occupation for the remaining part of February 2022 and the next full monthly membership charge shall be payable on or before 25th March 2022, for April 2022.

• Qualifying members whose membership agreements commence on 1 March 2022 shall pay the deposit and other supplementary charges in advance of occupation and the first full monthly membership charge shall be payable on or before 25th March 2022, for April 2022.

• In the event of such member enjoying the promotional benefit, but failing to complete their full membership term, for any reason whatsoever, at any time following the free month, the free month benefit shall be reversed and debited to their settlement account.
