Co-working spaces, a great place for start-up businesses.

Writer: Justin ArmstrongJustin Armstrong

Entrepreneurs face many challenges when starting up a new business venture, many of these challenges such as working in isolation, administrative support and resources are often overlooked during the planning phase.

With the emergence of office business centres throughout South Africa, offering a range of collaborative working space solutions, start-up entrepreneurs now have the the alternative to starting their business from a home office, or moving their existing home office to an innovative business centre that offers flexible work-spaces on short term contracts, offering much needed administrative support, networking opportunities and interaction with like-minded entrepreneurs.

Though a relatively new concept to SA, entrepreneurs and businesses must research local available business centres and their service offerings, to ensure that the culture and working-style compliment their individual or business requirements, before relocating.
