Terms and Conditions: “12 for 9” Office Co. Promotion 

1. Introduction 

These Terms and Conditions govern the “12 for 9” promotion (“the Promotion”) offered by Office Co., a company registered in South Africa. 
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

 

2. Promotion Overview 

  • The Promotion provides 12 months of office space for the price of 9 months, with no membership fee payments due for the first three months of the contract period. 

  • The offer applies only to new members who: 

  • Submit the contact form via the official Office Co. website or any other authorised Office Co. channels between 1 November 2025 and 30 November 2025; and 

  • Sign a 12-month membership agreement with Office Co. during this same period. 
     

3. Eligibility 

  • This Promotion is open exclusively to new members only. 

  • Current and past members, who are in the process of finalising contracts prior to 1 November 2025 do not qualify. 

  • The offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions. 

  • Only one promotional offer per member or business is permitted. 
     

4. Offer Details 

  • Eligible members will receive a 12-month membership term at the equivalent rental cost of 9 months. 

  • The qualifying Member shall still be required to pay the upfront Deposit and onboarding Fees, upon signature of the membership agreement and before commencement and occupation. 

  • The first three (3) months of the membership term are membership fee-free. 

  • Membership fee payments will commence from month 4 through to month 12, at the agreed monthly rate stated in the membership agreement. 

  • The total payable membership fee amount over the 12-month period will therefore equal the cost of 9 months. 

  • The rent-free period may not be redeemed as cash, transferred, or exchanged for any other benefit. 

  • If a member cancels the membership agreement or fails to meet payment obligations after the three-month rent-free period, the value of the rent-free period will become immediately payable in full, and any other applicable membership cancellation terms will apply. 

  • Standard membership terms and conditions apply, including deposits, onboarding fees, notice periods, and penalties as stipulated in the Office Co. membership agreement. 
     

5. Contract Signing and Payment 

  • To qualify, both the signed membership agreement, the initial deposit (if applicable) and onboarding fees must be received by Office Co. immediately after signature of the membership agreement and/or before commencement and/or occupation of the premises or no later than 30 November 2025, whichever is the earlier. 

  • Any agreements signed or deposits made after 30 November 2025 will not qualify for this Promotion. 

  • Members who default on payment obligations, or who terminate the agreement early, will forfeit the promotional benefit and become liable for the full value of the three rent-free months. 

  • Office Co. reserves the right to verify submission and signing dates and to disqualify entries that do not meet these requirements. 
     

6. General Conditions 

  • Participation in this Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

  • Office Co. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, provided that such changes comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act No. 68 of 2008). 

  • In the event of a dispute, Office Co.’s decision will be final and binding, provided it does not conflict with applicable law. 

  • Office Co. accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in this Promotion. 
     

7. Data Protection 

  • By participating, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Office Co. for the purposes of administering the Promotion and future marketing communication, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). 

  • Participants may opt out of marketing communication at any time by contacting Office Co. directly. 
     

8. Jurisdiction 

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. 

  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
